When the bible speaks about “days” it speaks about periods of time not literal days. You can see this by the fact the sun is only created on the fourth day. How do you have 24 hour day with out the sun. as for dinosaurs it says in Genesis 1:21 And G-d created the great sea-giants and every living being that creeps… ( if you study the Hebrew this word for sea giants is also used once again in Exodus for the snake that Moses makes when he throws his staff down. This must mean that it is a general category for lizards and the word great or gadol in Hebrew also means big these are you dinosaurs this is just one of a few examples as for early man the bible says that their were other people around. Where do you think Cane got his wife from? The only difference between Adam and the rest of man was that he had a soul. And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. -- Genesis 2: 7 It is very likely that he was born like everyone else but the bible doesn’t tell us this because it is not important. When G-d breathed into Adam this changed him from the smart beast that he was to modern man that can comprehend a creator.

Yes and Yes! Even the Bible says that. The religions were just blinded by the powers it has given them when they declared Adam and Eve as the origns of mankind. Notice the difference in the creation of Male and Female in Genesis 1:24-31. Animals first before Male and Female. Then in Genesis 2: Man first (Adam) and then animals next which He all formed out of the ground. and only after the animals were named by Adam that God decided to give him another partner which is a woman (Eve).
One of the Prophets saw these first people;
Jeremiah 31:27
"The days are coming, " declares the Lord, "when I will plant the house house of Judah and the house of Israel with the "OFFSPRING OF MEN AND ANIMALS".
This offspring of men and animals are people whom God created prior to Adam and Eve. The first men were the ones whom Cain was afraid of when he told God that he might be killed if he is seen outside the Garden wandering everywhere as his punishment and that was wher he met his wife. These first people were the real gentiles. I still can tell you other stories about it but I am only answering your first question, Feel free to ask for more.

The dinosaurs died out many millions of years before Adam and Eve were created.
Shortly after Adam was created, he was given an assignment.
Jehovah brought the land animals to the man so that he could name them.
What a privilege that would have been.

God created fish, birds and animals before He created Adam and Eve. See Genesis 1:20-31.
If you don't have a bible handy, go to www.biblegateway.com. I recommend reading the NIV or NLT tranlsation.

Well, if you want to follow the premise of this story, all of the birds and animals etc were created first. Then humankind was created and given the responsibility to name the creatures. I don't follow it myself, but it's one of the many creation stories out there.
