Me and the guy i am seeing talk everyday online at 3 o'clock, today he had a test to study for and decided just not to get online and never even told me why. I am upset and think that he should have let me know he had stuff to do, he thinks i'm just being a *****, i think he's being inconsiderate... who's right?

He's not being inconsiderate, i think you're just over-reacting.
Some people forget, or they're so overwhelmed by what they NEED to do, that they forget their daily rituals like talking to you online.
Cut him some slack.

Let it go.
He was studying for a test, you should be happy that he cares for his education. It's a legitamate excuse. Your just so used to doing the same thing on a daily basis. You should know that most people don't always stick to the plan but to take a righteous plan of action. He was wrong for being inconsiderate, but it's just not that big of a deal to miss out on communicating for the day.
