does it bother u when someone only smokes a lill bit of there ciggerett then put it out????????? it is a WAIST of a perfectly goods malboro!!!!! why they do that????? whenever i sees someone only take a couple smokes n then throw it on ground i runs over n relite it n smokes it all,,,,,,,,,i always smokes entire ciggerett!!!! why do people waist them??????? WHY???????

I personally think that the reason they do that is because they aren't real smokers or they're beginners. Either way I think it's stupid and a waste too!!!!!

Because perhaps they feel that by only smoking a small portion of the cigarette that reduces the chances of them getting CANCER! I for one applude your efforts to reduce the litter problem faced by our great country and also your efforts to increase the odd of you developing CANCER. So if I lets say, shot myself in the head with a pisol and there were still bullets left in the gone you'd scurry over and pick up the gun and not waste the reminder of the bullets by emptying it in your OWN head?
