Hola Eclipse,

A reggaeton song,eh? Sola by Héctor "El Father".
He does say 'tatuado' when he sings
(http://www.elfather.com/site.html), so the phrase is "the pain tattooed on your skin."

Someone misspelled the word and now loads of websites have 'tacuado' instead of tatuado....there are fans out there correcting the mistake, tough.
