ok here's the lowdown on the guy i have problems with(initials)
LR-he flirts like crazy, but when my bff asked him out 4 me he said no. he's really cute tho! and whenever i asked him myself, he said he hasn't started dating yet. but he flirts sooooo much and he acts funny around me. and everytime he comes around my desk(8th grade) he kicks my leg, so i kick him back, then he kicks me(as in playful kicks) and runs away. it's soooo cute! plus he is always looking at me. and sometimes when he's sitting next to JC he looks at me then talks to JC, looks at me then talks to JC over and over again! then JC looks at me! it's really odd! but sooo cute in a way...
what should i do? help!

This is what thirteen year old boys do, especially if they aren't dating yet.
All he is doing is flirting, and it should just be for fun at your ages.
Just take it in the fun sense and flirt back, it's good practice for when you are both ready to date.
In couple or three years, you both will be ready to date, and if he's still sooo cute, then you should ask him out, if he doesn't ask you out, by then.

It might be hard, but the best way to see if he really likes you, ignore him, once you pretend like you have moved on, he's gonna give in and wanna go out with you, they always do.
