i wondered the same thing i asked my husband and he said it is because he is busy all day and when he comes home he can relax so since he didn`t crap all day he`s full of it and it takes a while plus he doesn`t`t want a hemorhoid so he won`t strain if you ask me i will take my chances i don`t want to sit there longer than i have to

UM. Um other way around. Girls take at least a half an hour while guys can be in and out in less than 5 minutes

I found the amount of time spent is in direct correlation to what material is available to read. If it's just shampoo bottles and such, it won't take long, but, if there are books or magazines, you might want to run to the nearest gas station.

its our own personal thinking time. to most guys, this is the only time of the day that we are truly alone. and believe me, every guy needs his alone time. most of us reflect over what were going to do with the remainder of the day, and others take the time to read a magazine. its our last place of solitude. let us keep it!! :-)
