So i'm using Microsoft Excel and I want to use the compare side by side function. When I use it it aligns one workbook on top of the other. So one the top and one on the bottom. I want then to be side by side. That is, one on the left and one on the right. I've searched through all of the options and properties, but I can't seem to figure out how to make them "Side by side". Please Help!!

Open two Excel files
on an empty spot on the Taskbar, right-click and select "tile windows vertically."

When finished, r-cl again and select "undo tile"

You'd probably just have to re-size each spreadsheet and then align them side by side. The default in Excel is to the spreadsheets one on top of each other.
