Our lives are to be sacrificial in nature, giving of ourselves so that God, through us, may demonstrate His overcoming love.

There is a price to pay to be a part of the body of Christ. You have to give up your old life. Too many see Christianity as a social thing rather than allowing God to heal them from sin and make them whole, transforming them into the image of Christ. And because so many will come for cookies and juice and throw their money into the plate they are encouraged to come and have a good time, and are not told the price. The price of salvation was the blood of Jesus Christ shed by his death on the cross. Should less than our life be expected of us to attain unto salvation?

I love Casting Crowns.

Sadly some people in churches are very judgemental.
These people are truly not Christians they are pew warmers, getting fed and fattened on the Word of God, but not trying to reach out to people.

They should be welcoming people in the church with open arms, instead of thinking someone isn't good enough for Christ

The Jainmat-brother has put this part very nicely, that we are not beggers to God. We just serve Him. When you serve someone, and you serve with grace and responsibility, then you don't need to beg your master. You will get your reward without worrying. Your saying that: we all are Beggars in front of Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta'alaa) and His Messenger (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wa Sallam). goes very close to shirk (polytheism), very very close indeed. astaghfirullah... no one is a begger to the Messenger. You are exalting a human being next to God, and that is shirk - openly against Islam.
