Congratulations on your first confession and (I assume) upcoming first communion. On your first confession you should confess to anything you have done which you feel bad about doing or thinking; lies you have told, a time when you were selfish, spoke back to your parents, acted less kindly than you could have, etc. This should be an opportunity for you to reflect on these things, why you have done them, and how you are truly sorry and will thoughtfully try not to do them again. Just speak from your heart.

You might check in the back of the Church there should be a little wallet sized paper titled something like "Guide to a good confession" or something like that..
You should examine your conscious, and make a list of the things that you have done wrong since your last confession or Baptism.
If you truly forget a venal sin, you are still forgiven.
You will feel so much better after!
Good luck and God Bless!

Why don't you confess that you don't know what the point is of a religion that requires you to remember every single tiny thing that could be considered sinful? Ask the priest what he thinks are bad enough to require absolution from him, and he'll probably give you an honest and helpful answer.

Just because she has bisexual fantasies doesn't mean she even wants a 3some, unless shes voiced her interest in it. I like women, and have been with women before men, and I still think about it and my boyfriend and I discuss it, but I wouldn't want a 3rd party in the bedroom. I'll save that for when the sex life really gets old. =]

im not christian, but i think confessions should only be things you TRULY regret, not things you want to list because society/religion claims they are wrong.
think. im sure there were times youve seriously hurt ppl you love, or times when you said things or did things which you wish you could take back......

beging with something innocent like :
I dont know what to confess , i think i did everthing allright..
then elaborate on that
I do not have the eyes to see my mistakes ...
I feel so arrogant ...
After a while the person will get tired of your babbling and tell you to be silent pray a bit and thats it.
good luck

Murder, rape, incest, bigamy, polygamy, embezzlement, fraud, and a whole bunch of masturbation, but then again, I didn't do my first Holy Confession until I was 45! Sorry, can't help you out!

Just follow your heart..the absolution is the point that was taught...you can just talk to the priest..
That's the opinion I developed way back when...

you don't have to confess your sins to a man, the only person you confess your sins is God and no one else!!

Of course, I was, like, 8.
