i really like this guy, he is single, we talk all the time, he flirts with me, but my one guy friend he thinks he is just afraid to ask me out. should i ask him out? what sould i say? and do guys like if a girl asks them out?

I say that you should ask him on what YOU think should happen. If you like to ask guys out, ask him. But, if you think that you guy friend needs to grow a back bone, then just wait for him to get some guts. Now, if you choose to ask him out, just tell him straight out "I like you. Wanna go out?" and just take it from there. Go to movies, a dinner at a Japanese restaurant, go to the beach, or just stay at home and make out (as long as u two are alone), And yes, a guy will thank God and become a Rabi when a girl ask them out (I know I did). But Like I said, just do what you think is best.

Sure go ahead and ask him. Nothing bad can come of it. In the couple of odd chances that I have had a girl ask me out it's been great because I was able to be myself right out of the gate without being all apprehensive about it since I already knew the girl felt the same. Sure, we may feel a little stupid that we did not say something first but I'll allow it.

Put it this way, do you like it when guys ask you out? Well in a society where the social norm is for guys to ask out girls, that puts a huge burden on our backs so when a girl actually ask us out we twice a flattered.
Its simple to ask a guy out. Just go up to him and say " Looking good ______. You know if you were to ask me out I would say yes. So how about it big boy" I promise it will work and you will not WILL NOT get rejected.

Personally, I think it is incredibly sexy when a woman asks me out. Maybe he is scared. Maybe he's nervous. Maybe he thinks you'd never go out with him.
Don't make it a big deal. Keep it casual. Rather than a big official scary "date" - meet up for a late drink some night. Play a game of pool. Go bowling. Keep it t-shirt and jeans and just see where it goes.
You guys have obviously hung out before to the WORST case scenario is that you just end up bowling or playing pool and nothign happens.
If you like him and he likes you, that will become evident pretty quick once you are one-on one.

Just ask. A lot of guys are scared of rejection and will wait until they are absolutely sure you'll say yes. But, if he's a bit too nervous, he'll never be sure enough.
I for one like it when a girl asks me out, and have never met a guy that said he didn't like it.
