Gods created everything. by Gods I mean US. Not us literally, but greater beings than ourselves but similar(just evolved into pure consciousness). There was obviously some kind of competition, leading to the vast variety and ability to adapt and change to survive.

Creationist don't dispute all kinds of evolution. Things do evolve (change) and adapt to their environments, this is fact. But there is no real evidence that says everything evolved from a single celled organism to humans. In fact the more information and discoveries that are made about DNA and the intracacies of life the more it makes macro-evoulution impossible. Humans have a tail-bone because the spine needed an ending not because we used to have tails. Not to mention the fact that if we did have tails at one time it means we lost the information in the DNA to create the tails which is the exact opposite of macro evolution. Which is all in all the most humorous part about the theory of evolution because it includes two things in micro-evolution and macro-evolution that are actually opposites and they make them out to be the same. All we see in nature is the loss of genetic coding or information (such as the loss of organs ) and have never seen a gain in information (such as new organs). When people start growing wings then I will believe in evolution.

I can't really add to that argument as such and I am not going to debate it but I wonder if you've seen some of the arguments in support of evolution on the web? (I'm not saying I *disagree* with evolution; in fact it makes sense to me!) There are some fantastic sites devoted to refuting creationist arguments. I don't recollect all of them but I have listed one that is excellent.

I hope you're not attempting to develop another "argument" for evolution from the "pinky toe getting smaller" analogy. As for the rest, God is just so darn creative I guess. Definitely not a boring type. And I just love what He does with words!! No one has EVER out-reasoned Him. He does give these gifts to men. All you have to do is ask Him.

Pinky toe? Try the appendix. Or Tonsils. Or the fact that more and more children are being born without wisdom teeth.
Evolution baby! It marches on despite the disbelief of creationists everywhere.

Edit. Is this another one of those "drink" questions? Why wasn't I informed?

Youre complaining about BIRDS. There are about 800.000 species of insects in the world!! And poor Noah had to get a pair of each! And in some species (a lot) you can't tell the male from the female unless you dissect it!!!! But thats not an awnser to your question

And why are we actually afraid of the bird flue to change in a man-to-man transferable virus, while such doesn't exist yet?
How come viruses become resistant to antibiotics?
There are so many examples of evolution in progress that you have to be blinded by whatever not to see it.

Life was set into motion, life evolved or adapted in some way.

The tailbone is necessary

What does the fact that there are so many different animals have to do with whether evolution is correct or not?
