A video will show you mannerisms and let you hear the persons voice so, I say video.

I think it's a mirror. The image is laterally inverted but the brain can turn that around. The resolution of a video is poor unless the camera is close to the person, in which case he's very conscious that he is being filmed, whereas he looks into a mirror every day. Although portraits have a high resolution there is the posed aspect.

In general, video will produce the most lifelike image of a person, because of it capturing their movement, and a large range of mannerisms, and such.

However, I feel that a photo can capture the true essence of a person better than any other medium. A good photographer can cath not only an accurate image, but can show the inner person as well.

All three have advantages and disadvantages.

A mirror is the most lifelike in "resolution" but it is a reverse image. Ever wonder why people think they look funny in pictures or in video? It's because they are used to seeing themselves only in a mirror.

Photographs show a true representation of how others view you and have a much higher resolution than video, but they are still images.

Video also shows a true representation of how others view you and can pan and show different angles, but it is the lowest of the three in resolution.

A mirror defiantly . As they cant be changed like videos and photos. also it is an exact image as it is just you being reflected, and mirrors don't lie . They are defiantly the most accurate as they show every tiny detail (unfortunately) lol.

I would have to say the video because you can see and hear all on it. The mirror only reflects the look, and photos can be fixed or brushed to look better than they really are.....go with the video.

From the three, the mirror (a flat one) even get you backwards, it is a true image of yourself, no media in between, as lenses or film, etc.
