cracked code; i have recorded by phone.. her consent and will [interest] of a girl for doing sex with me,am i now free to do sex without asking her again?is it now only meet and do remaining for me?

please explain why once taken consent is not enough in sex?.......why i have to ask newly for every act of sex i want to do with a girl?

you have to ask each time.. we women like to reserve the right to say no in case you sucked the first time....and surprise surprise a woman can tell you to stop in the middle of sex. The second she says no - its a no.

Listen dude, and listen carefully. Just because she told you over the phone that she will have sex with you, doesn't mean she will. May be she just wanted to make you feel good. And dont just go for a phone consent anyway, when ya'll are together is what counts. You dont want to get a rape charge because you assume you recorded her over the phone saying she will screw you, that is not gonna fly with the DA. When you and your lady friend are together physically, in person, and you think the time is right talk to her about it. Dont just dive in trying to get up in her pants. And if she does say yes, make sure you ask her before you start expecting oral/anal or anything else that will make her uncomfortable. Also, if she not feeling it or think she made the wrong choice and tells you to stop, STOP right away not when you done but ASAP. Good luck.

If i understand you properly, the consent to sex was obtained by phone .... this is actually no consent she has to be a willing participant and have capacity to consent to such acts.
And infact every time you have sex she must give a fresh consent.
consent is limited to what she agrees to and can not be over that.

Due to change in circumstnces / time, it is necessary to get consent renewed. Earlier consent expired after completion of recording.

If I understand correctly, (big if!), you are asking if once you have recorded evidence of a girl saying "yes" to you, you are then able to physically meet her and then do what you like then, "no" would be the short answer. I hope this isn't a serious question.

you need consent every time. what if you consented to a search of your car once 4 years ago, and i roll up on you tonight and play back your consent tape from back then, doesn't work.

dude if you force a girl to have sex with you it's defined "rape". if she consented to have sex wit you on the fone, then i'm sure she could be willing now... if she's not willing now, tough luck
