This is not French. I think that someone looked words up in the dictionary one by one to make a literal translation from English of "It doesn't matter, good is worth waiting for...I love you."
They say it's the intention that counts.....

the correct sequence would be:
n'importe combien de temps serait -il bon t'attendre... car je t'aime.
no matter how long one'd be waiting for you,
one loves you!
are you satisfied now?
