ABSOLUTELY!!
Your emoployer will want to know of any outstanding warrants, arrests or any trouble you have been into for thier protection as well as your own.
They are either selling or making a product, and you are a representative of that company once you are employeed. What you do, will reflect upon the good name of that company, so, they dont want a scoundrel who will potentially rob thier place of business or abscound with goods or cash!
I wish you well...

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNIoN
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Yes. There's software that employers and volunteer agencies use that make it very easy to see if you have a warrant or criminal record.

most deff. and if they give you a small index sized card that you have to take yourself to get filled out, they will probably arrest you right there... i had to do this for a job sometime ago, my job to be gave me a card that i had to take to the police station ( a certain one) to get filled out, i had to wait, then they gave it back, mine was stamped with a " no backround history" if you have history they will list what it is.
I would say look for a different job...construction never does backround checks... or just face your warrant and get it over with

Depends on the depth of the background check - usually they do. It also depends on the warrant and the location where it was issued.
