I have a Corning Cookware dish, like a baking pan and it has "L'Echolate" on the front.. does anyone know what it means?

The word relates to the sonic system of a bat, but unless this has something to do with the noise the dish makes when tapped, I think it is simply a case of taking an obscure word which contrives to sound like something good to eat, namely chocolate.

I guess "to echolate" means "to find an object using sound" but I don't know how it could work on yr Corning cookware dish....!!
