is it BERYL? that i have to install or any other stuff ....

I'm assuming your talking about the 3d cube?
Yes, both Beryl & Compiz desktop managers have that option.
Follow the wiki tutorial on how to install Beryl (you'll need to be comfortable using the terminal).
