Whenever I consume dairy (or something!) I get embarrassing gas! Is it dairy that is causing me to bloat and have gas? Or is it another food that I may also consume frequently?

its the dairy. its probably a mild case of lactose intolerance. it means you have an intolerance to the sugar lactose, which is found in dairy.

if its a big problem, you might want to switch to soy. otherwise, just try to find an empty corner!

You are slightly lactose intolerant. Use Lactaid before you eat dairy to help with this and take acidophillus capsules daily to keep your digestive flora healthy.

dairy has been known to give gas..or you could be allergic to it or you could be lactose intolerant

yes many people get lactose intolerant as they get older, that is why many people switch to skim milk, Stay away from Whole Milk and stuff made with whole milk
