Back in November I used up my free reports from 2 agencies for a 12-month period because Experian listed an account that wasn't mine, so I requested my report from Equifax to compare. I disputed the account and the company (Sprint) gave me a lot of problems, so I disputed with Experian as well. I just got my report from the third agency (TransUnion) and the account isn't listed, but I want to get another copy of my report from Experian to make sure it came off. I thought I was entitled to another free report since I was in the middle of a dispute, but I can't figure out how to do that (the website keeps telling me I already got my free report for the year). Do I have to call Experian?

After Experian finishes their investigation they should have sent you the results of it.

The CRA's are legally supposed to send a full copy of the credit reports after an investigation has been completed because of a dispute.
Experian sometimes prefers to allow you to see your report online instead of mailing it. But, they should still send a notice of how the investigation was handled.

If you dispute using the free FACT-ACT reports, you are giving the CRA's an extra 15 days (45 days) to investigate instead of the 30 days when using a paid report.
If you are still within that timeframe, they may have not finished their investigation yet.
If you are still within the 45 days and they have not sent you the results of the investigation, do not call them. Calling them will only give them another extra 15 days.

Anyway to answer your question,
If you received a notice from Experian that explains the results of their investigation, look to see if the report number is different from the report number you used to dispute from. If it's a new number, use the new number.

You should go to the Experian website - click on "member login".... then on the top bar - click on disputes..... then on the side bar click on Request a Dispute Online.........then enter the report number, SSN, state and zip code and check the three little boxes and click submit - it should pull up your credit report for you to view.

To view your full report in one window, click on "print my report" and it will make a pop-up window with your full report on it.

edited to give a step by step guide
also, even though you are clicking on dispute my account, it actually will not dispute anything unless you actively submit a dispute.
You can pull Experian by doing that and using that report number for a long time (months). The report will always be a real time report and show everything that is currently happening.

You definitely need to call them. They should provide you with a free additional copy since you have disputes.

you have found out the stressful way, the biggest reason you ought to no longer even worry approximately getting a score, till you already know your record is authentic. they're basically required to replace your record yet there is not any requirement to offer a clean score.
