God is a fairy tale invented by pre-historic men. The weak-minded continue to believe.

You either believe in God or you dont, but admitting it is another thing all together.

God created everything, which one of these do you want to call a miracle? I have air to breathe, an earth to live on, clothes to wear, a job to do, a wonderful son... I could go on and on.

If you don't believe god created everything then you must be from that group that believes the universe came from one small speck smaller than a dot an a piece of paper that exploded - My question to that is Who made the speck?

Everyone has a God of some sort, even if you dont acknowledge God the supreme creator... There are other gods that you may worship such as Money, Sex, your job, etc... Which ones do you believe in and which one should you be worshiping?

One day it will be clear for everyone. The real question is do you want to view the answer looking up or looking down? lol

The Abrahamic god is one of the biggest total jerks ever perpetrated on the good people of this planet. He is a killer, a monster, insanely jealous, absurd, impossible, an intentional murderer of his own son for an object lesson, the intentional drowner of all living things on earth because he was having a bad day and didn't like his own creations anymore. He is a logical absurdity in being advertised as perfect yet he created imperfect creatures. In conclusion, as the "creator of all things," he would also be responsible for all things evil, despicable, and vile.

The nicest thing I can say about him is that he's an underachiever.

The list is endless but you get the point. Or not.

I don't necessarily believe in him, but I don't doubt the possibility he might exist, either. I'm what you would call agnostic (not atheist, who doesn't believe in god at all). I believe that there are many religions in existence, all claiming to be the "right" one, most/all basing their religion upon some holy book, and many having different gods than the other religions. I believe in doing research, in a way, about God. I don't agree with any one religion, as most have rules/practices that are not right in my opinion. I think that the idea of one true religion is a little insane. Who are we humans to say God has chosen our religion to be saved? Who are we to say other religions are going to hell for the way they believe? Who is to say there is one God, whom all of the religions speak of? Who is to say all of the religions aren't right and wrong in some, way, shape, or form? I think that all of the holy books used by these religions, whether penned through spiritual guidance or not, were written and TRANSLATED by men. How is it not possible that there might be mistakes? If there is the chance for error in the important books religions base their beliefs upon, how is it they can be right about everything? I, personally, try to live my life as best as I possibly can, doing the right thing when given the choice. In my heart I am coming around to the fact that there probably is a God, but I still have some soul searching and studying up to do.

God is just another form of faith/hope. In ways some people claim that he has worked miracles. Personally, I have yet to see my own miracle.

I don't believe any religions opinions of God. They don't make any sense to me. God is everything. If not then who made the stuff that god used to make everything. Your subconscious is God. It has no judgment, so whatever you think about and impress upon it comes to manifest. You have been doing it all your life. You are what you think.

I think that deities are symbols, metaphors, for something so huge and yet so abstract it's incomprehensible to our human minds. They are an attempt to define the indefinable.

The tao that can be told
is not the eternal Tao
The name that can be named
is not the eternal Name.

The unnamable is the eternally real.
Naming is the origin
of all particular things.

Yes, I do believe...do you? I'm a christian...and i want to live my life for him. He's shown me a lot of signs that he's there, too...he saved my cousin from dying in the grand canyons...and he's guided and protected me.

I believe in the one true God (pbuhna), not those fictional gods of Christians, Mayans, etc. He has worked the miracle of giving us life and a universe in which to live it
