What makes you say that.
Do you live Manchester or do you live outside Manchester! Because everyone has someone fat and lazy in their workforce but I haven't seen anyone who looks that for a long time in my area of Manchester.
To be truthful, there is some nice and dandy female officers in Manchester and they just worth getting into trouble for, just so I can spend some more time looking at their fine bodies.

i think of any determination on existence in reformatory or death via suicide ( or the different kind) could be made alongside with the mummy and dad/kinfolk of the victims. Its ok for us to assert 'Oh shop him alive to go through countless years of confinement' yet which could additionally sidestep the victims families from any form of 'escape' till he's six ft decrease than. I agree it may desire to be considered because of the fact the effort-free determination for him, & I wouldnt lose a seconds sleep if he were efficient . apparently while he's unquestionably adequate to return to reformatory, if he's then saved decrease than 24 hours surveillance it is going to value approx £500,000 in line with 365 days at todays fees to maintain him interior, so if he lives for say yet another 50 years we are finding at £25,000,000 (+ so lots extra considering inflation )to postpone the existence of somebody who has no place in civilised society, so its then argued .....whats the factor of that. If its meant that he could on no account be released then why don't you supply him the equipment to kill himself....all of us recognize he's extra desirable than in a position

Manchester. Where is Manchester.? If your speaking about Manchester in the state of Iowa. You are totally wrong. The Police Force is the Best and they are worth every bit of the public money they are paid. Best in the World.

Is your question slightly biased and loaded? Are you one of their customers? Are you anti-police? Have you got a job and do you actually pay any taxes into "public money" I think we can all guess the answers!

No I don't agree with you but I do think you're an idiot. You're what we call in the job, "a hundred yard hero", ie: someone who is very brave and shouts obscenities at the Police from a safe distance. You are obviously a real coward and do it from behind the safety of your keyboard.
If you are genuinely concerned about the state of UK Policing take a look at the links below -

And if you want to prove to me that you aren't the window licker I think you are - I dare you to read this website and sign the petition but only if you really care - http://www.realpolicing.co.uk/

100% wholeheartedly after waiting 1) 45 minutes 2) 85 minutes and 3) 6 days for a response after calling 999 to report A) having a car driven into me deliberately by scrotes whilst working B) being assaulted with a shovel whilst working C) seeing kids running up and down my street with a gun.
I now live in Northern Ireland where the police are all armed and actually seem to give a damn!

I don't know. But most Chief constables are spineless, they are afraid to step beyond the 'PC' line. Why is this, you may ask! Because they are all after the top job, Commissioner of the Met. and all that comes with it, knighthood, and when they retire a Lordship, oh, and not forgetting a very big pension. But why do you ask?
