"Bring out the gimp."

"The gimp's sleepin'"

"Well, I guess you'll just have to wake him up."

Shouldn't this question be in the Real Estate section? Your property will be treated the same as if you had those little blind salamanders (endangered species) living in your basement. The government will come over and claim it by immanent domain if you're in the United States.

However, if you're in one of those really pro-United Nations countries, then hold it hostage - they'll apologize to you, give you a helicopter and billions of dollars or anything else you ask for.

List of demands. The government once paid 4 million dollars for a fake fossil from China. Think of what you could get.

I got out. I'm miles away from you and I'm never coming back.

So there.
