One or two is okay, but more than that is generally too much aspartame for your system. Fake sugar can actually have a laxative effect, or make you gassy. :(

Nope, it is not. While it is better for the waist line than regular coke, if you are looking to be acutally health, then step away from the carbonated beverages, and look to good ole water, coffee, tea, etc. Anything that does not contain the word "Concentrate"

Hi, I have tried the diet sodas and I am actually not drinking any of them much anymore because they have a lot of sodium and things that make you bloat and actually crave the sweet stuff. Try a bottled water with one of the drink packets like Crystal light from your grocery store. The calories are minimal and you are actually drinking water in stead of a carbonated drink.

If you are going to drink high-calorie drinks, then I would suggest a diet instead of a regular. However, I wouldnt say it was healthy. Read this article

water is good for you diet soft drinks are not. even though they may not contain any calories they do contain many additives and preservatives that the body simply does not need to function at optimum levels of efficiency.

no the aspertame especially is horrible for you. it damages your brain. thats why doctors tell their patients who have had seizures or other neurological problems to stay away from it at all costs!

And its actually no better for you than regular coke

its soda, and soda is never "good" for you.

diet coke with splenda is ok, but for every soda you drink, you should usually make up for it with 2 servings of water. ( a water bottle for every can of soda)

relative to a regular soft drink, yes. i think they cause bloating. you don't like tea.? also, if you are going to drink them think about buying them at the supermarket.it saves me lots of money (to buy something else) over buying drinks at a convenience store. do the math
