I am quite thin and I wanted to know:
What is the difference between protein and weight gainer?
Is it okay for a 14 year old to take one of the above?
I do heavy weights for arms (strength and muscle mass) and abs, legs, back, triceps and pecks; what would you recommend?
How do I go about buying this stuff?
Are there any sample websites?
How can I, if ordering online, sneak it into my house without anyone knowing?

Also, I have a very high metabolism and I am slightly under weigh (a gene I have inherited from my mum's side).
My parents are very easy to talk to really and they don't believe in all this "rubbish" as they may put it if they heard...

As for money I am running a small ebay business making £50 a week pocket money for myself. So anything on ebay is good or via paypal payment.

I would advise against taking a weight gainer if the current body fat level is at average levels or higher. when body fat is high this is a direct indicator of the body has a problem metabolizing sugars and that they should only be consumed at the bare minimum.

Man, there is so much information available about your questions, thats a great thing about it you do not have to look far at all to find information. Marketers are trying to sell you their products, they include lots of information. Why their product is better than the other guys, etc. I could post a couple links for you but like I said it's like a bottomless barrel the number of sources for information about health, diet, and exercise and supplements. Protein is for muscle. You might need additional protein if you are lifting a lot of weights, a lot. At your age you probably don't need weight gainer I think just eat all the food your mom or dad makes you. I'd suggest if either one of them you should take protein because it's more important for muscle developement, and I dont see why you should have to sneak them into your house. Your parents should be happy you are so interested in your health and buy stuff for you. They can probably help you make some good purchasing decisions too. Otherwise, get a job, make some dough and to a health food store and talk to them, they'll sell you things.

weight gain supplements i think have lots more carbs to go with the protein so you get more calories./ health food store employee said pro-source.net was a good website to get quality supplements cheaper.i quess to sneak them,you should have them sent to a friends house or something. good luck
