Have you ever wound a stator before? It doesn't sound like you have. It's nota question of just how much copper and insulation to use, it's how you wind the coils, how you connect them, how you pot the assembly once it's installed, etc.

If you don't know the specs, and especially if you haven't wound a stator before, save yourself the wasted money, time, and fire extinguisher and don't try it.
