Tito Trinidad holla!

2007-04-05 08:14:12 · answer #1 · answered by George S 2 · 0 0

First of all; Trinidad is too small.

A prime Trinidad fought at welterweight that's where he was at his very best. Look what happened when he moved up in weight to middleweight and thought he could beat a naturally bigger great boxer like Bernard Hopkins? Trinidad was not just outboxed he couldn't handle the physically bigger and stronger Hopkins. The same thing would've happened had he fought Roy Jones Jr. Roy would put a beating on Tito even more than Hopkins did.

Second of all; Roy is the more skilled, faster, stronger and the better overall boxer so no matter how you look at it Roy beats Trinidad in a matchup and also P4P. Few fighters can beat a prime Roy, especially at middleweight, and Felix is not one of them.

Roy Jones Jr. would have ran circles around Tito and peppered Trinidad. Easy decision victory for Jones if Trinidad could handle the punishment, which in my opinion would have been unlikely.

Jones by KO in ten rounds.

Roy will easily win but i dont like the fight at 168. If I were Roy I would go with a higher weight 170-172. Trinidad has never fought anyone as fast as Roy even at 38. It could get ugly

Roy Jones Jr. because he has fought at a heavier weight and Tito would be moving up. Roy would beat Tito even easier than Bernard Hopkins did. If they fought at middleweight, Tito might have a chance.

roy jones naturally carried more weight so would hit harder, had great boxing skills so would catch on quickly that you have to keep the right hand high to deflect the left hook tito always threw after a combination...I believe it was hopkins who did that to perfection...roy would have figured this quickly and would have been throwing bombs over titos left as he moved to his right away from the straight right tito liked to throw...at a weight somewhere in between , roy would still have the edge and would win via KO...maybe 7 or 8 rounds in...

jones definetly has the size advnatage but tito has that famous iron chin, and roy jones has disappointed me so much recently that i think tito and that krazee ability to almost never lose would win

At middleweight Jones gives him a boxing lesson and possibly knocks him out late in the fight.
