If one loves to eat, and overeat, and does not exercise and take care of their body...they are a glutton...gluttony is a sin...so therefore, one would go to hell for being a glutton?

Why don't preachers talk about gluttony? Is it because most congregations are obese?

Gluttony is a sin, because the body is considered a temple of God. And over eating puts the body in danger.

But Christ died for our sins, and we are saved by His grace. We should always be reminded of that before we judge any other human, since by nature we are sinful in one aspect or the other.

Most preachers dodge around a lot of nitty gritty stuff. The Bible just says straight out how they really are. As you know!
There are underlying problems leading to gluttony. I suspect that those are the actual sins. The Bible just simply describes the situation that we all see: The gluttons can not possibly enjoy a heavenly time. And why not? hmmmm...

no longer unavoidably. some everybody is heavy with the help of nature via way their our bodies are made. Thyroid issues run in my kin and many comprise obese no remember what they do. My mom has struggled with weight her complete existence and eats like a chicken. on each and every occasion there's a celebration, she would be ready to no longer consume. She has rather a salad an afternoon and many Greent Tea and Water. She nevertheless isn't the place she must be, and he or she's 40 two. She takes lots of supplements, has tried different weight loss plan aids, all to no avail. Me, for some reason interior the burden branch I have been given fortunate. that's basic for me to drop 3 kilos in an afternoon if I basically down bunches of water and that i will save it off too on an analogous time as quickly as I do consume slightly. With my pregnancies, I gained 30 with my daughter, misplaced fifty two, gained 26 with my son, and misplaced seventy 5. i'm now a hundred and twenty. i'm actual seen ill with the help of my wellbeing practitioner via fact the way that i'm outfitted isn't meant to be so low. He says below a hundred and fifty is ill for somebody with my physique and height. So, no, i do no longer think of those with wellbeing issues are going to hell. you won't be able to assume that if one is fat they're immediately being gluttonous.

Every sin is worthy of hell, but thankfully Christ paid the price for our sins - every single one of them - including sins where people make fun of fat people. We only need to accept the gift of salvation that Jesus gave to us and invite Him to live in our hearts and guide our lives. Preachers don't talk about gluttony as much as other things because it is not as rampant a problem as pride and arrogance, self-righteousness, haughtiness and just plain meanness. I think most preachers tend to focus on those latter sins because they have the greatest potential to hurt others.

The "god" that torments people with unwanted eternal life in hell is not my God nor is it the "god" of the bible because the bible says the soul that sins (disobeys the lifegiving word of God) will die, but God's gift is eternal life. Saying that you can have eternal life in hell goes in contrary to biblical doctrine.

The devil and his demons don't live in "hell", they live in homes and pose as dead people OOooooOOooo

Hell is a debatable term. It is often translated from sheol or hades meaning grave. This is the first death and is called a sleep because although there is no conciousness, God can still resurrect the dead soul. Sometimes hell is from the word gehenna which is a junkyard symbolizing a second death where the soul dies (ceases existing).
