the trees extract water from the atmosphere with condensation and with evaporation( and including dust particles that is on the leaves)make and seed the clouds .ice forms around the dust particles and with a change in heat melt and it starts to rain

over the sea and on the coast the clouds come from the sea ,we know this by the salt content in the rain water .

as we go inland there is less and less salt until all the rain comes from the Forrest's

the trees also let the excess water they don't need ,go deep into the ground to supply aquifers and rivers .
this is called collectively precipitation,

deforest the Forrest's and we cut down the rainmaking process ,and effect general humidity

deforest enough and the rivers dry up
