Yes it is. Just make sure you get enough protein in your diet though since you wont be eating meat.

there is absolutely no medical evidence that supports that the vegetarian diet is healthier or leads to a higher quality of life than those that follow a omnivore type diet. personally I think in the past 15 years I've seen maybe a handful of vegetarians with a six-pack while I've seen thousands of omnivores with them. for the most part the vegetarian does not have lower body fat than an omnivore that follows the same caloric intake.

Well, yes. You get plenty of veggies, fruits, grains, and possibly dairy (depending on how vegitarian you are). However, I'd recommend asking your doctor about taking protein pills. It's a very important part of meals, and you can't get protein without eating meat.

Humans are carnivores. If you choose not to eat meat, then you need to research what you'll be missing by cutting these items out of your diet. At that point you then need to take supplements and vitamins to get for example.....iron, which is contained in redmeat.
Do this and you won't have any problems.

depends how you cook
so many people think that being a vegertarian could save you to get sick
but it depends on your cook
if you to the asian buffet..they cook so greasy and many time they do not use olive oil
besides the body need so many vitamins found in meat
like chicken and fishes
the wolrd where we live at.....has so many deseases that our body requieres not just vegetables

it can be. Merely removing meat from your diet without adjusting other things to get full nutrition is not automatically healthy

If you eat the right foods to compensate for the meat, then, yes, it is extremely healthy.
