First, the first phrase should read Je n'ai fini pas.
It means: I haven't finished my geometry homewok
because I went to bed at 4 and woke up at 7.
I think the last 2 verbs should be reflexive as well:
Je me suis dormi(e) = I went to bed
and je me suis reveillé(e) = I woke up.
The extra e's are needed if a woman is speaking.

I am not finishng my geometry homework because I went to sleep at four o'clock and woke up again at seven o'clock!

It should read "je ne finis pas".
I should have written: "je n'ai pas fini" -- I haven't finished.
