The door on ours doesn't always lock and I have had co-workers walk in on me. And the smell!! Too bad it's so unhealty to hold it all day.

I don't have a problem with it but my co-worker will drive home (10 min. away) to use the bathroom.
We tease him about it!

Oh my goodness!... I hate the bathrooms at work!
They are smelly! Not to mention how nasty it's users are. Unflushed toilets, sanitary pads dropped on the floor instead of disposed into the correct trash can, urine all over the seats....etc. But what gets to me is that these are people are adults! It's embarrassing for our gender.

In the beginning I hated using my work restrooms but working here 5-days/week I kind of grew comfortable with it. Now I clog the work toiletts at least 1/month.

I've never given it much thought, actually. If the bathrooms in your place of work don't lock properly, call maintenance and get them fixed. You do have the right to privacy.

As a 13 year-old with no job,no.But my mom complains about the same thing.She says that her jobs restrooms are disgusting and unsanitary.She gets grossed out going there.She usually tries to come home to use the restroom.
We are clean freaks.

I work behind the counter of a pharmacy, so we have our own bathroom, because the pharmacist can't leave, except for lunch. That is the only bathroom I use at work. Only pharmacy staff can use it, and there is only 5 of us... No nasty things in there...

That's why I started just going ahead and cleaning the bathroom at work. Soon people assumed I must be in charge. Soon I was in charge. Yeah!

no the bathrooms at most of the places i've worked are clean and the stalls lock. i enjoy going into the bathroom to hide from my boss!

Is it a 'civilised' country where bathrooms are not locked... where both men and women are required to use the same bathroom, and an unlocked one !

Yes I do, but only because of the location---it's right at the top of the stairs and I'm afraid someone will be right there while i'm busy--haha.
