The Bible says yes it can
Ezekiel 18:4 - "Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die."
Matthew 10:28 - "And do not become fearful of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; but rather be in fear of him that can destroy both soul and body in Ge·hen′na"
Acts 3:23 - "Indeed, any soul that does not listen to that Prophet will be completely destroyed from among the people"
If you notice at Genesis 2:7 - it says Adam became a living soul - he wasn't given a separate soul.
So, you yourself are your soul.

1Corinthians 15:45
1 Peter 3:20
Joshua 11:11

Yes the human soul dies when you die. But & there is a But! God will resurrect your soul along with your body on the day of judgment. It will not be that bad as when you die, the best way to explain what happens is that you go to sleep and the next time that you will wake up is the day of judgment, so you will not be aware of the passing of time.

As there is not any information that we human beings actually have a soul, the soul can not die because of the fact it does not exist. i will incredibly understand why human beings got here to have self assurance they have souls, yet believing that the techniques that occupy my techniques and direct my movements is a separate entity from the physique itself is merely wishful thinking. merely what is going to this boundless soul do in heaven for the 1st million years there? Then what is going to your soul do for the subsequent billion years? Do you notice the place i flow with this? does not the very theory of eternal existence quantity to no longer something greater beneficial than wishful thinking?

Actually it can. There is a verse: Matthew 10:28
This refers to God being able to destroy the soul as well. Some might argue that this means he could make it as though you never existed and, therefore, lose your soul as though you never had one. Generally, we say the soul can never die, but God can destroy both body and soul

Yes. I personally, as do all true Christians, know that the "soul" is simply our body/mind. Our life. When we die, we are dead. Quite frankly, it seems to me that even if there is a "soul" or spirit that lives on, it would not be immortal. Only God is immortal.

Both soul and body can die and will die. That doesn't mean it will not be resurrected. Ever living is a term and attributes for God only not anyone else on earth that including me and you and Jesus is no exception.

We feel with our soul so if we die we feel no more pain. Our spirit goes to God. We will be in peace with Him. Only if we were bad or we don't believe we will go to hell and suffer for all the eternity.

In the bible the word "soul" is translated to mean both the physical body and the etheral body so depending on which meaning you're reading about, it can die or not, according to the bible.

Yes. Matthew 10:28 "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which [God who] is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."
1 Timothy 1:17 is the only place in the Bible where the word "immortal" is used, and that is in reference to God.
People will be made immortal as a gift from God at Christ's return. We are not immortal now.

'the soul that sins shall surely die' and 'He that believes in me shall never die'. There are 2 deaths, it is the 2nd one that puts one in the 'valley of Gehenna, where the fire is never quenched and the worm never dies'. Being eternally separated from God is hell, and though it is a death as we think of leaving this world, this realm; it is not total eradication or a ceasing to exist.
