People pay a fortune to have curly hair! What one person likes another hates. Most people are absolutely jealous of people with curls.
It cost them; waking up early to add curls, time and money and lotions to put in curls. You have it, go with it!
I say; Like yourself for yourself first. If you want to change then change but only after you appreciate your good looks. Maybe look for new friends too! If that is all they have to say about you, then they are looking for imperfections and have not found any, except the curls they don't have.
I'll bet you look good and they know it!!
Option: Go to the beauty parlor and get a straightening or relaxing-perm and look like them, or have it styled or shave your head bald like the people loosing their hair do.
I wish I had curly hair!!

My hair is curly but I style it with mousse or with a special styling cream for curls. It looks very well. Try Pantene.

You can blow it out straight with a blow dryer and constant brushing, that is what I do, my hair is frizzy and curly so I just take the hairdryer to it as soon as I get out of the shower and it looks like a million bucks every time!

Go to a hairstylist. If that doesn't work out try putting gel mousse ect...and straighten it.

Straighten it with a flat iron is my suggestion. Go to a salon, they'll teach you how to style it.

depending on how short we are talking about here, you could get a straightening iron and straighten it. not only will it straighten it, it will also take out any friz.
