Are we clapping against something? Or hitting our fingers against our palm (of the same hand)? Or is it just one hand swinging in the air like it is clapping with two?
If you're clapping against something, you get whatever sound that object makes when hit. Ir you're hitting your fingers against your palm, you get a sort of "pat-pat" noise, depending on how hard you can do it. If you're swinging your hand around in the air, you might get a noise caused by moving air, again, dependent on how fast you do it.

I hate to say this but one hand can't clap. Everyoen makes a big deal out of this question and it just isn't possible. But if you must, I think that it would be the sound of wind, but softer.
