well... PAUL
you are asking because apparently your not feeling right or maybe even guilty in some way
money,
material things,
and of course been able to pay your bills on time is awesome,
getting a good education its all good...
BUT ASK YOURSELF THIS...
what kind of husband and or father do you want to be?
and more important what kind are you now?
REMEMBER PUT YOURSELF IN YOUR FAMILIES PLACE
Consider yourself blessed to have a family that stands by you even though you are such a busy man, many families now a days are torn because of issues like these...
BUT FOR WHAT?
what are you keeping yourself so busy for?
You have your family there with you NOW.
Do you know how many of us wish we could turn back time and spend more time with a loved one?MILLIONS
So why be selfish?
Is this why you wanted a family in the first place ?
STOP AND THINK ABOUT YOUR LIFE
AND THERE'S THEY DESERVE AT LEAST THAT
"money COMES and GOES in a blink of an eye".
"possession's can get destroyed BY a storm"
ALL OF THIS CAN BE REPLACED
****CAN YOU "REPLACE YOUR FAMILY"****
***************NEVER******************
I truly hope the best for you and your family...

What's right for you, may not be right for anyone else. Ask youself what's most important to you. Are you focused on making it to give your family a better life, or just because you want it for yourself, and if its the latter, then why do you have a family. Find balance, and don't be greedy.

YOU HAVE TO ANSWER THIS FOR YOURSELF. YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE AND A CONVICTION TOO! YOU KNOW RIGHT AND WRONG! YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR PRIORITIES ARE! WHATEVER DECISION YOU MAKE YOU WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT!!! BE SURE TO MEDITATE AND PRAY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING, WHY YOU ARE DOING IT, AND HOW IT IS HELPING OR HURTING YOU. WRITE IT DOWN. MAKE A LIST OF THE PROS AND CONS AND THEN ANSWER YOUR QUESTION. WE MUST BE REAL WITH OURSELVES. LIFE IS TOO SHORT. LIVE IT UP. BE TRUE TO YOU AND TO THOSE YOU LOVE. SOMETIMES SACRIFICES HAVE TO BE MADE, MAKE SURE YOU MAKE THE RIGHT ONES. REMEMBER THAT ABUSE IS NOT ALWAYS PHYSICAL. NEGLECT IS A FORM OF ABUSE AS WELL. I'M NOT SAYING THAT YOU ARE ABUSIVE, I'M JUST THROWING STUFF OUT FOR YOU, SO THAT IF IT RELATES TO YOUR SITUATION YOU CAN APPLY IT TO YOUR LIFE. LISTEN TO YOUR HEART. IF YOU CAN DO SOMETHING SIMPLE WITH THE ONES YOU LOVE, JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET QUALITY TIME. BECAUSE WHEN ITS ALL SAID AND DONE, YOU WILL BE GONE OR YOUR FAMILY WILL BE GONE AND ALL YOU OR THEY WILL HAVE IS MONEY. BE REAL. DO WHAT YOU LOVE WHILE YOU LOVE WHO YOU LOVE. DON'T ALLOW ANYTHING TO TEAR APART THE BLESSINGS THAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU.

That depends on which family relationship you are talking about. I mean if you are the teenage son who is too busy, well that comes with the territory. If you are the dad who doesn't have time for his wife or kids, shame on you.

i assume that ur married. if so, as time goes by, you will never find anything more important than family. if you have a strong family bond, neither friends or any job will ever be as satisfying and rewarding as family. in other words, spending all ur time and effort w/a job is not worth it. it would only lead to misunderstandings.

What is your priority? Your family or busy lifestyle? If there is no compromise, you could very well lose your family. Is that a loss you are willing to risk?

If you do it intentionally, then I'd wonder why you have a family (assuming you mean wife/kids).
If you mean parents/siblings then it's selfish, but not knowing your family dynamic it may be the best thing for you (to minimize time with them).
