I guess I conceptualize them energetically and not physically. If I think of the chakras it's easy for me to understand thinking mind and feeling heart but I think the work is to make sure the two are connected and not disconnected (if that makes any sense). I love this physical act in my yoga practice: the heart leads, the head follows. Best to you. Namaste.

I work with my mind when it concerns the jobs I need to do. I work with my heart and mind when it relates to other people. What are their needs? How can I serve them best? Do I have the energy to do what my heart would like to do for them?

Working with the mind is evaluating a situation from all possible angles. Feeling with the heart means the emotions that well up in you when are confronted with a situation, and you react may be on a rational or irrational basis, depending how your feelings were programmed through your upbringing.

Right now my mind tells me to get off this site, I've been on it too long, so I'll say good-bye.

It's impossible to choose just one as you work both mentally and physically.
e.g. When you're nervous, you're heart is beating rapidly, and you're mind is telling you to calm down. You can't pick just one which operates.
However, on less literal terms, i work with both my mind and my heart, but usually separately. I can easily detach myself from feelings of emotion and use a clear mind to make a decision (even if it does seem cold to others). Yet, i have also put my mind in the background and let my heart take over. I find when i use both, i can get really confused (usually your heart will want something while the mind thinks something else. example? when you like someone, but your mind is thinking about what everyone else thinks about it)
I find that those who are more outgoing, are the ones who work more with their heart, while the ones who are more introverted, are the ones who work with their minds.

By heart, as mind is the conjuction of "Indriyan" and heart is an Individual Sprit Powered by the Inner Soul "Gifted to me by THE SUPREEME GOD".

Voice of mind can be wrong many times but a heart can be always true.

i've always thought of it like:

thinking with mind: doing what your mind tells you to do whether it be wrong or right

feeling with the heart: only you know's what you feel for something or someone... just follow your heart or feelings

thats how i have always seen it

Both! One rarely works without the other...it is part of our humanness. Our mind reflects what we know of here and our heart is an embedded part of Home. ("heart" being our spirit, not the blood-pumping organ).

Your mind collects all that your senses bring to it. Your heart, in turn, allows you the means of making the wisest choices of what to do with that info. All bringing about the reflection of Who & What You Are....See?

Both.

I don't always trust my heart. So I always question myself. This is not always fun. I no some times that im doing something that I know I shouldn't be doing. But it feels good to me. But I know its wrong.

Jeremiah 17:9; The heart is more treacherous than anything else and is desperate. Who can know it?

I think I usually think with my heart in mind and then my mind sorts it out with my heart in balance.

To work with heart means to love what you do and the persons you do it for.BUT nowadays we lack love. So mind can work out problems without enjoying such things
