At the first sign of a cold, I take vit c and garlic tablets a few times a day. Cold never takes hold of me.

The best way to kill an oncoming cold ...is vitamin C...
Based on my experience u can take it as a fresh lemon juice(2-3 lemons per cup)..concentrated... with some honey(almost half the cup),u can add boiled water to this mix..drink it three times per day..or more if u can(as it doesn't taste that good)..and u will see the difference believe me.and it's all natural and not expensive at all.

Plenty of fluids and lots and lots of rest is the best way. Megadoses of zinc seem to help too. I've tried the nasal sprays that claim to reduce the length of a cold by 3x but I'm not sure that their claims came true in my instance. Let me know what seems to work for you.

quick protection by technique of Gaiam. Orange juice and Chocolate should be prevented once you've a sore throat. once you've strep, it is going to feed it and make it strengthen like loopy. you are able to gargle with salt in warmth water to assuage your throat and take 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract stirred up properly in some juice (no longer orange). it really is bitter yet an fairly strong virus fighter.

Try Airborne. You can buy it at any drug store or Walmart. It's like a mega dose of vitamins. It really does help.
