In America weight and mass are usually used to mean the same thing, but in fact, weight is the amount of gravity pushing down on you. Mass is the amount of matter you have. You were trying to loose mass anyway.

Lose mass...is that like arms and legs?
Legs wiegh about 35 to 80 pounds each
Arms weigh about 8 to 10 pounds each
a head weighs about 7 to 9 pounds
a butt cheek weighs any where from 3 to 20 pounds

Use something sharp and clean to cut it off...and have some bandages handy...oh and maybe some ice. Don't forget to put down some towels or a tarp...it can be a little messy. Good luck and enjoy your loss of mass!

if your weight loss program is not working the problem lies in the diet. you need to start counting calories and make sure that you are eating a sufficient amount of calories daily for your level of activity. mass would be muscle, not quite sure why you would end a fat loss diet and start a muscle wasting program as that would lead to an increase in body fat.
