Make a pot of Pork chops and Bisquit dumplings!
Your dumpling mix is on the package. One cup of the mix and one cup of milk should do it - mix well! Then let it set while you do the rest of the recipe.
Pepper and Salt your Pork chops to taste and sprinkle them with Garlic powder.
Then Brown them in a large skillet in one table spoon of Olive oil and one chopped up large White Onion.
Add two Chicken bouillon cubes and three cups of water.
When your onions are opaque and tender then bring everything to a swift boil and drop your Bisquit dumpling dough into the mix a teaspoon full at a time. If they start coming together just take a spoon and separate them a bit making sure that the juice gets all over them.
Reduce heat to medium - low
Cook without lid for ten minutes stirring everything up real gently and possibly add a little bit of water to them so that they can still move in the gravy and not burn.
Put on lid and cook for ten more minutes.
You will not believe how fantastic this tastes when all of the ingredients are cooked and blend together!
(I always really enjoy this with an inexpensive bottle of good Pinot Noir!)
Good Luck
And Bon Aperitif!

This is a simple recipe I use for my family and they love it.
Take a few apples (1/2 apple per pork chop)
Remove the core but leave the peel on. Sprinkle the exposed side of the apple with sugar and cinnamon. Place the apple half flat side down on the seasoned pork chop. Bake at 350F until done to your liking. The apple make a delicious warm applesauce and flavors the pork chop as well.

My family loves these fried pork chops.
1 beaten egg per every 2 chops.
1/2 stick of soda crackers per 2 or 3 chops
Crisco oil, just enough to cover bottom of fry pan with 1/8 to 1/4 inch of oil.
Salt and pepper each chop, dip into beaten egg, lay in dish of cracker crumbs, coat all sides. Place in pan of hot oil, brown and turn to brown other side. Doesn't take long. When 2nd side is brown, turn down heat and cover. Cook 45 min to 1 hour. Drain on paper towels well. Enjoy. Finger licking good.

Here is an easy one
Pork chops

sliced bell pepper

Put the chops in an oven dish, with oil & butter. Spread some mustard on them and add the ingredients on top.
Put in the oven at 380°, and when the butter is bubbling, pour the wine on top of the chop. Baked until the juice has reduced

Fry your pork chops and remove them from the skillet. Prepare a box of stove top stuffing in a separate pan. Make a packet of the brown gravy mix, as well, in the skillet from the pork chops, reserving half cup of gravy. Put the pork chops back in the skillet on top of the gravy, smear the stove top on top of them, pushing it into the cracks. Pour the remaining gravy over top, put a lid on the skillet, and let it simmer on low for at least 15 minutes. My boss loves this recipe. Good luck!
