What's your favorite kind of potatoes?

baked with tons of butter, loads of sour cream, bacon bits, chives, and a touch of cheese to bring it all together .... i'm drooling just thinking about it!

I prefer mashed potatoes. It makes me feel less guilty eating the potato since it doesn't have any oil in it; except butter. I love the mashed potatoes at Cheesecake Factory.

I LOVE POTATOES!! Any shape or form!!
But let's see, if I had to pick a favorite form, I'd probably say well-made french fries, with well-made hashbrowns a close second.
I say "well-made" because I've also tasted some pretty nasty french fries and hashbrowns. ;)
