When I was working out at 'womens Good Life', I wore sneakers. I didn't know
you could use stilettos?!? Seriously, you could lose your balance and break a
few bones. Stilettos, they have proven, ruin your feet permanently down the road.
They had a program on TV of women who had worn them and had to have surgery to try to remove the damages done. So my answer is...........NO it is not smart to work out wearing stilettos or even walking in them.

Stilettos are really bad for the feet, ankles and legs. Working out is putting more pressure on them then if you were just working or walking around normally. Working out should be done with proper footware, comfortable sneakers and socks.

What's the purpose of working out in stilettos? If you are trying to impress someone, I'd think again. That's not attractive. Sweaty...stinky...and stilettos...Not cute.
