After shaving, use a facial or body scrub. To prevent bumps. Acne, are they really acne? Huge ones and not just pimples? Use scrub as well, that exfoliates and gets rid of dead skin cells. Which would result to a softer, finer, smoother skin. Try putting on some anti acne facial masks on it. Like the blue corn in Body shop.

Go to your dermatologist and ask him/her for a 10% benzoyl peroxide acne body wash. That stuff works the best. It will help with both razor burns and the acne on our shoulders. You can also try getting some kind of toner with Salicylic Acid in it. That helps bring the hair to the surface, preventing ingrown hairs and clogged pores. You could try the Mary Kay Blemish Control Toner Formula 3.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Victoria's Secret "After Shave Lotion" is really good for the razor bumps!
And for the acne. I think it might be your hair, when it falls on your shoulders, if its greasy, you know...
And if its not that, try neutrogena body wash.
