Know a woman she is very attractive and very flirtatious. Have slept with her a number of occassions (as well as with her other very attractive roommate sometimes at the same time.) Now she is saying things like wanting to date and be exclusive (I know that sounds veyr high schoolish). Should there be a pursuit or just go about normal business and not date formally?

This lady for me is a little fast in the "open mode legs".Since you're not the only one in the office ( who knows how many more,out of the office)is not a good idea have a date with someone like that.To make the matter worse in your case,all this took place at work.You know by fact,that the working place is like a small town: gossips and more gossips.So,stay away for the dating and keep "pumping" as much as you can.
