The speakers of my HDTV make a noise when it changes resolotion from 720p to 1080i, anyone knows why?

It changes resolution when I am using my PS3; this is done automatically depending on the game's resolution. However, I have my PS3 audio connected to a 5.1 system, so I don't know why the noise I hear comes out of the HDTV speakers when it is changing resolution.

All electronics when used emit RF energy across the spectrum, depending on the different circuits used in the creation of an output will vary the RF field produced.

Some manufactures (SONY) have ignored the responsibility to do Electromagnetic compatibility testing and resigned to theoretical introspection of the RF spectrum. We all know, all things in Theory do not work all the time. You are the victim of pseudo-engineering.

I recommend high quality cables and power filtration. Most cost cutting features are usually in the power regulation circuits in most consumer electronics.

Use the TV's setup menu to turn your TV speakers off. You don't need them anyhow!

The TV actually always outputs the same resolution regardless of the input (it scales of course as needed)
