This world is not what God intended but rather what man has made it through free will. What you see on the news is the result of man's choices. Respectfully, the part you may be missing is what Jesus said, "My kingdom is not of this world."

Of Course the World is the way God intended. Are people the way God would like? Not exactly but he gave them the ability to make decisions/choices on their own.
The World is just the same world he created in Genesis 1. That is the World that Adam and Eve were cast into after being kicked out of the garden.

I remember when JFK became Pres and he said, "You can't do what you'd think you could" (as Pres). And I remember the cartoon labeled, "Reagan takes off running," (at the start of his presidency), and by the third frame he's up to his knees in mud. We demand things of Bush as though he were emperor. He's going to enjoy the benefits of having been president the rest of his life. And we will experience the consequences of having done our best to make him fail.

The wicked in power is what made the world what it is
Ephisians 6:12-For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places

Whatever you are trying to say is inconsequental. I suggest guzzling down a beer and enjoying yourself.
