That is a much more complicated question than it appears at first sight. It involves the whole question of God's sovereignty and human responsibility and free will, and I believe both go hand in hand.
So - is the world as God intended it to be? Theologians talk about God's permissive will and God's active will. I don't really have that completely clear, but I'll tell you what I believe.
God, in His nature, wanted the world to be perfect, pure, with people loving one another, and doing His will. Now God also wanted to create man with the ability to make choices, good or bad, so he would freely chose to love God. And God, who knows all things, knew how man would choose in those circumstances! He knew we would mess up. So God obviously wanted a world in which He would ultimately glorify Himself by redeeming man and this world that had been messed up by man. The worst the world is, the greater the glory of the redemption. So, much as the mess-up grieves God, it is also part of His greater will.
I know, not a very satisfactory answer, but it is the best I can do.
But just to butter you up, I'm going to give you a star. (No, I think the question really deserves a star).

If it was, Jesus would not have had to tell us to pray that "God's kingdom come and God's will be done on earth as is it in heaven".
Rather, the earth is stain by sin, and marred by death. Because he decided to share much of the authority and responsibility of the earth with man, their sin has often produced sorrow, suffering, disease, destruction, hunger, want. lack and more. God still works through it, and will ultimately get his will done. But it often involves pain and sacrifice that He did not intend.
Paul talks about it in Romans 8, where it says God has a "good", an "acceptable", and a "perfect" will. It is our actions, not His, which usually determine which we live in. Theologicans have a name for this, "free will".
Ultimately, however, God has promised that He will restore, or more accurately recreate, the world to be the way that He intended. But has one of His most important intents is to get as many people as possible to freely love and live with Him in the that world. He continues to permit the world to go on in sin. While His word is spread so that as many as possible can hear and believe. Once there is no more chance of salvation, He will end this world, and begin the next.
That world will be the way that God intended for it to be.

Absolutely not. God, whose name is Jehovah, intended the earth to be a paradise. Perfect humans would live on the earth and take care of it. When Satan led Adam and Eve into sin, he was actually leading a rebellion. He challenged the rightfulness of God's way of ruling. God has allowed time to go by to fully settle the issue, and soon he will take action against Satan, his demons, and all those on their side. Jehovah is Almighty, his purpose for the earth will be fulfilled. It's a beautiful future.

No it is not as intended. But to stretch the question a bit, I believe that it was equally likely that it would be as intended.

No way. He built the Earth as a flat, single continent surrounded by and floating on water with the sun and stars revolving around it. Lord only knows what happened to that creation.

Nooo wayyy! satan ruined it for us, well, be tempting Adam and Eve. Since, then this world became the fallen world.
We were never supposed to die, death was a penalty!
So, I hate when people say "Oh, he died of natural causes", Death was and is never natural! cuz it was never meant to be!
Read Genesis, if u haven't! see how even animals fell (became viscous)
and plants fell ( thorns grew)
