What was your first idea of what Heaven is like?

When I was little I thought heaven was all fluffy clouds and winged angels playing harps. Kind of boring actually.

Now that I've grown up a little, I've come to view Heaven as something closer to home. Being in heaven to me is getting to be with my husband, family, and friends forever.

I used to think it looked like the Big Horn Mountains. Now I see it as a kind of Uber Disneyland, forever and ever. Nothing hurts, all your friends are there. Hmmm, sounds kind of mythical!

As a child I only knew to picture it like what you see on television.

Now I don't picture it in my mind because I think that heaven will be different for everyone.

I always pictured it like Psalm 23, with green pastures and sunshine. Now I'm more on your page--heaven is happiness and peace with those you hold dearest.

Jesus will be there. Since He loves me and is all-powerful, that's pretty much all I've needed to know. In heaven, He rules.

I thought about the same as you. Lots of clouds and people dressed in white walking about. Oh ya they have halos on their heads too.

When I thought of heaven I just thought of white. Just really bright white...everywhere.
