How can i take this bloating feeling out of me.
They say plenty of water, but do you think i'm bloated because of lots of water i'm drinking? Or pepermint tea??

How can i flat out? I feel like a balloon!

Try using 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 4 ounces of water and drink that.

well they say if you eat salty foods and can cause you to retain water and feel like your bloated just cut back on the salty foods and drink only 8 glasses of water a day and very few sodas because that would help if you do all that in about a week or two it should go away and you'll also lose weight

You could be drinking too much water.

Exersice would be a good way to get rid of it - unless it's time for your period - I usually take Midol for that and it gets rid of the bloating

They also have medication for bloating - I have never tried it myself but that could be worth a try if the bloating is unbearable.

drinking water gets rid of water weight. it doesn't cause bloating, unless you're drinking too much water. the tea wouldn't do it either. if it's close to your period, you could be retaining water. that will go away after a few days. don't drink more than 64 ounces of liquid a day.

their are a few different kinds of bloat. Retaining water is definitely an option. Try gas ex or pamprin. both relieve a different kind of bloat
