i got my periods today and is it ok to do cardio like tae bo or i shouldnt do extreme workouts and if i shouldnt till when?thx.peace

you can do anything that you've done before. if you've been doing tae bo for a while, keep on doing it. there's no need to stop doing anything at all just because your period started.

As far as i know more strain to ur body on these days is a bad for ones health,still, I have read in some books that there r few yogas that u can do during this period,they r to be done only under an yoga teacher's direction. I too do not do hard exercises on those days. Take care.
