her boyfriend and sometimes kisses him in front of me and she is like a little sister to me because we are so close, so should I keep telling her to stop doing that and to just respect my wishes or should I let it go?

I have a boyfriend too but we would never cuddle and kiss in front of my cousin so why does she do it in front of us?

Sit down with her and explain her nicely and softly that how much you love her and how you see her as younger sister. Also tell her that both of them, her and her boyfriend, looks very sweet and cute couple and you adore them very much. But you would also really appreciate if she keeps her intimate things in private. Holding hands are fine but nothing else more than this. She will also get respect from others when she and her boyfriend keeps intimate matters in private. If they really love each other than it will anyhow, they don't have to cuddle and kiss and doing stuffs to show love. Hope it will work.

I wouldn't say anything in front of the boyfriend. If the kissing bothers you I would talk to her in private. Tell her it makes you uncomfortable and ask her to do it in private. And if she don't listen then just stop being with them together. He comes over you leave, she'll get the hint.

She's 17. Did you not have a boyfriend when you were 17? She has every right to have a boyfriend. As long as she's not disrespecting herself, then I don't see anything wrong with this. Do you think perhaps you are a little jealous?

I would say it would depend on how far the kissing goes, if it is a light peck or do they carry on for say 5 or 10 minutes!!! If they carry on for 5 or 10 minutes, then they need somewhere private. Some things are best to be kept private.

Normally I'd say let it go...but if you've already brought it to her attention that it bothers you and she continues to do so and likewise the bf knows and he also continues, then I see a lack of respect on both their parts and maybe you should just distance yourself and perhaps "hang out" with them less often whenever they are in COUPLE mode. Maybe just start hanging out with her when the bf isn't around? Don't wanna always be the 3rd wheel...right?

Well she just might be trying to make you jealous. Beleive me ive seen and gone throught it. She may be a little over protective of him. Knowing your older and may take him away. I dont really know. But i hope i gave you some insight into this problem. And i would just let it go. When you tell her to stop.....she will just keep on doing it. So ignore it and she will think that its useless doing it anymore.

Just leave them alone, there's nothing at all wrong with showing affection. It's her life and her decision how much she cuddles and kisses, why not respect her wishes on how she chooses to handle this?

it might be better to make comments to them in a joking mannor as you leave the room. They will laugh with you but they will also be aware you don't like it. My friend is very perverted in her humor and I hate it, she gets started and I make a remark like " Good God you should be locked up for thinking like that" or "thats just gross" and exit the room. She gets it and usually tones it down some, and if she doesnt I'm not the room to hear it.

If it is bothering you then she should respect your wishes that you don't want it in your face! If you have asked her not to and she hasn't stopped try asking her when its just you two alone, instead of telling her to stop it explain to her why it bothers you so much. Once she understands she will be more inclined to stop.
